One request, several files
Start with an upload, existing library files, or a Business template. Combine up to ten documents in one ordered signing package and review the prepared PDF before sending. Each request counts as one send, even with several documents and signers.
Signing keeps references to the exact source versions. Your document library remains separate from execution status, and completed signing requests retain their original record when library files change later.
Place the right fields
Upload your PDF and assign fields to the person who should complete them. Contracy supports signatures, initials, names, dates, text, and checkboxes. Mark the fields that are required and position them on the appropriate page.
This keeps the PDF as your source document. Prepare or edit the agreement's wording in your usual document tool before uploading; Contracy handles the signing fields and request workflow.
Choose who signs next
Use simultaneous signing when recipients can sign independently. Choose sequential signing when one person should finish before the next receives their turn, such as a company representative following a client.
Set an expiry when the signing window should close. Automatic reminders run every three days for active signers and stop when the request finishes or expires. Drafts and reminders do not use additional sends.
Keep the handoff clear
Recipients receive a private email link, review the document in their browser, and complete their assigned fields. They can type or draw a signature and do not need a Contracy account.
Require a one-use email verification code when you need an additional check. Recipients can reuse a typed or drawn signature within the signing session. Contracy records electronic signing consent and the relevant signing events.
Keep the completed record
After everyone has signed, Contracy prepares a completed PDF and a separate signing evidence file. Participants receive the completed copy by email. Keep both files together when downloading your records.
Your workspace shows document status and signing progress, so you can distinguish drafts, requests still in progress, and completed agreements without relying on the last email in a thread.

Can I start without a paid plan?
Yes. Free includes 5 free signature requests per calendar month, 1 GB of storage, multiple signers, signing order, reminders, and completed documents. Business adds team access and templates.
Does Contracy provide advanced identity verification?
Private links deliver signing requests to recipients. Contracy does not currently offer qualified electronic signatures, notarization, or advanced identity verification. Check the requirements of your document and transaction before choosing a signing process.
