When Contracy fits

Your team prepares service agreements, NDAs, or proposals in the tools it already uses. You want to upload the PDF, assign each signer their fields, and send it without setting up a wider agreement system.

A Contracy request can combine up to ten documents and multiple signers, counting as one send. A Docusign envelope can also contain multiple documents; compare sending units alongside the allowance.

Business is $29 USD per workspace per month. Adding team members does not add a seat fee. The plan includes 10 GB of retained storage, so sending volume and storage are separate things to consider.

What sending looks like

Add the recipients and choose whether everyone signs at once or one person signs after another. Place signatures, initials, names, dates, text, and checkboxes on the PDF. Review the message, expiry, and reminder settings before sending.

Recipients open their private email link and review the document in their browser. Once everyone has signed, the completed PDF and signing evidence are available to download. Participants receive the completed copy by email.

When to look further

Docusign may be the better fit when you need its integrations or advanced agreement workflows. Contracy does not currently offer bulk sending, payment collection inside documents, or a public signing API. Identify those requirements before switching.

Compare the contract you would actually buy: billing commitment, sending allowance, integrations, and support requirements. The plans in the table are reference points, rather than a claim that every Docusign offer has the same terms.

Plan your move

Keep your existing signed agreements and their evidence together before changing tools. Bring the original unsigned PDF into Contracy for a new request, and recreate the recipient roles and fields you need.

Contracy does not automatically import Docusign templates, account history, or evidence records. Start with an unsigned agreement you can review from preparation through completion before moving a recurring process.

Questions

Is there a free way to start?

Yes. Contracy Free includes 5 free signature requests per calendar month, 1 GB of storage, signing order, reminders, and completed files. Templates and team sending are on Business.

Does switching change existing signed documents?

Starting a new Contracy workspace does not migrate or modify documents held by another provider. Keep the completed files and signing evidence you need from your existing account.
