A Dropbox Sign alternative

Count your senders
A signer receives an agreement. A sender prepares and sends it. Those are different roles when you estimate what your team needs.
Contracy recipients can sign without an account. On Free, the workspace owner creates and sends requests. Business opens the workspace to your team for $29 USD per workspace per month, with owner, admin, and member roles and no per-seat charge.
Reuse the PDF setup
If the same agreement goes to a new person each week, a reusable setup can matter more than uploading speed. Contracy Business saves the PDF, signer roles, and field positions as a template. Each use creates a separate draft where you choose the real recipients.
Templates can be kept private or shared with the workspace. They are a way to repeat a signing process with your own document, rather than a library of prewritten legal agreements.
Check connected tools
Dropbox Sign may suit you better when its integrations or Sign API are essential to your process. Contracy combines document management, reviews, and signing within its own app; it does not provide a public signing API or automatic Dropbox file synchronization.
If you only need one sender, compare the individual plan against your actual volume. If several people prepare agreements, compare the team setup and the full recurring bill. Unlimited sends alone does not distinguish these products.
Try the complete handoff
Prepare an unsigned PDF, add its recipients, and choose simultaneous or sequential signing. Place each person's fields, then check the final review before sending.
Evaluate the recipient experience and the completed files as well as the sender's setup. Keep your existing agreements and audit records separately; Contracy does not import another provider's account history or templates automatically.
